Kitchen Cleaning

  • Counters
  • Objects on counters
  • Outside of appliances, including dishwasher and top of refrigerator (if possible)
  • Stove and drip pans
  • Microwave (inside and out)
  • Damp-wipe cabinets as needed
  • Sink and window above sink
  • Glass sliding door, weather permitting

Bathroom Cleaning

  • Disinfect toilets, tub and shower
  • Polish mirrors
  • Disinfect sinks and counters
  • Objects on counters
  • Dust wall hangings
  • Floors

General Cleaning

  • Dust, including wall hangings
  • Vacuum carpets
  • Clean windowsills
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Vacuum and wash floors
  • Woodwork: baseboards and general woodwork cleaned as time allows
  • Remove trash on request
  • Wipe light switch covers
  • Make beds and light tidying up, complimentary

Before We Visit

  • Leave any special instructions in a prominent place
  • Clear floors, counters, and other areas to be cleaned
  • Please let us know if your pets should stay in the house at all times or if they should be kept outside; we try our best to watch out for them, but cannot be responsible for securing them

Family Pets

  • Staff will not do pet waste clean-up
  • Dogs should be restrained away from the areas to be cleaned. If staff is unable to enter the house due to pets, a cancellation fee may be charged.

Other Notes

  • Staff are not permitted to climb higher than 3 ft. or lift/push over 20 lbs
  • We will not pick up and put things away

New Years Day

We do only limited cleanings on the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve day. If your home is scheduled for cleaning on one of these days, we will contact you to adjust the schedule.

Weather

In the event of inclement weather, we follow the same schedule as the school districts to assure the safety of our cleaning teams. If the schools close, we will not be cleaning on that day. If there is a late start, we will start our day accordingly. If we must close, we will reschedule your cleaning and do everything possible to do it on another day that week.

Cancellations and Lock-Outs

  • A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to compensate scheduled staff if notice is not given at least one business day before your appointment. If additional time is needed on your next cleaning due to the skipped day, you will be charged for the extra time.
  • If we don't have a key and you're not there to let us in, a lock-out fee of $50 will be charged to compensate the staff who came to clean.
